Acceptance and eligibility

By using GG Atlas, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms and old enough to use the relevant games and online community services in your location.

What GG Atlas provides

GG Atlas is a discovery and status registry for independent gaming resources. Listings, claim badges, reachability checks, categories, and compatibility context are informational signals, not endorsements, warranties, security audits, or guarantees that a resource complies with a game publisher's terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

Discord is the only GG Atlas sign-in method; there is no separate GG Atlas password. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in Discord-linked session. Do not impersonate others, submit deceptive ownership claims, abuse feedback, evade rate limits, probe private systems, introduce malware, automate requests that burden the service, or use GG Atlas for illegal, fraudulent, account-trading, anti-cheat evasion, or gameplay automation activity.

Submissions and maintainer content

You retain rights you hold in descriptions, logos, screenshots, and other submitted content. You grant GG Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the registry. You represent that you have permission to submit it, that it does not infringe another person's rights, and that it does not include another person's private information without permission.

Moderation and removal

We may verify, edit, relabel, reject, archive, or remove listings and content that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, abandoned, abusive, or inconsistent with platform policy. A verified maintainer claim grants listing-specific controls, not ownership of GG Atlas or authority over moderation and ranking.

Third-party resources

Resource operators control their own sites, applications, downloads, accounts, content, and policies. Use them at your own risk. GG Atlas is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, transactions, data handling, game penalties, or losses. A successful health check only indicates limited technical reachability at a point in time.

Service availability and warranties

GG Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Atlas and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, account issues, game losses, or harm arising from use of GG Atlas or a listed third-party resource.

Game names and trademarks

Game names, artwork, data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. GG Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by game publishers or listed resource operators unless expressly stated.

Changes, termination, and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access or remove content when needed to protect users, third parties, or the service. We may update these terms as GG Atlas changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Discord is GG Atlas's primary community and support channel. Questions, privacy requests, and other contact can be sent through the GG Atlas Discord community.
